Refund policy

At Gwayahda, each piece is crafted with intention and handled with care. We want you to feel certain in your purchase selecting jewelry meant to be kept, cherished, and worn for years.

We do not offer refunds, but we welcome exchanges or store credit on eligible items returned in unworn, original condition within 7 days of delivery. All packaging including jewelry box, and polishing cloth must be returned intact.

Earrings

For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be accepted for earrings under any circumstance.

Eligibility for Exchange / Store Credit

Item must be unworn, untarnished, and in original condition

All original packaging must be included

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once your item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued, or you may exchange for another piece of equal or greater value.

Gwayahda reserves the right to refuse returns that show wear, damage, or missing packaging.
